"Coriander is a big, green, fresh, ozonic, cool spice fragrance. When we think of spices, we often think of warmth, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. But there's a whole other side of spices that is cool, bracing, fresh spices, pungent. So you have coriander seeds, juniper, green pepper, and cubeb. All of these are in a big, ozonic, fresh oceanic throw that's supposed to smell like the coriander fields near Odessa."
