Online Orders

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be In brand new, unused and unaltered condition, in their original packaging with any tags still attached and security seals unbroken.
  • Engraved / Personalised items cannot be returned.
  • We are unfortunately unable to accept grooming/cosmetic products for return once opened.

NB: Online purchases cannot be returned to store.

If you wish to return an Online Order, please contact us with your name, order
number and item you wish to return. We will issue your returns form, which must
accompany any returned order.

  • Please note postal returns are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
  • Any import charges paid to customs on European or International orders are not automatically refunded when an item is returned, and you will need to apply to customs directly.
