Our Delivery services run Monday-Friday and are based on working days. 

 

Next Day orders received before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Next Day orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Next day orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will go out the following Monday.

 

Standard delivery orders will be despatched within 2-3 working days.

 

Once your parcel has left us, we are unable to change the delivery address. Therefore, please double check all information in your confirmation email to make sure it is correct. 

 

All tracking details will be sent separately once the order has been despatched, directly from the delivery company. 

 

Our main courier partners in the UK and Europe are DPD. 

 

Throughout the rest of the world our main courier partner is FedEx.

   

ORDERS TO THE EU

 

In accordance with the UK & EU Trade Agreement, customers living within the EU will be charged 0% UK VAT on purchases. At checkout, all prices will have UK VAT at 20% removed.

 

Orders under €150 

 

(this €150 threshold includes delivery) Orders under this threshold will have your delivery destination country’s Tax added at checkout. At checkout this will be itemised. London Undercover then pay this on your behalf. No additional duties, taxes or service charges will be due on your order.

 

Orders over €150 

 

Orders over the €150 threshold will have UK TAX removed at checkout. Any tax or duties due on your order will be calculated and charged once the order reaches the destination country’s customs. The courier company delivering your order will send an email with a link to pay any relevant VAT, duty and admin charges applied. This must be paid before your order can be delivered. Please check your Junk mail folders to ensure this email is not missed. 

 

INTERNATIONAL REST OF WORLD ORDERS

 

Orders of any value outside of the UK and EU will have UK TAX removed at checkout. Any tax or duties due on your order will be calculated and charged once the order reaches the destination country’s customs. The courier company delivering your order will send an email with a link to pay any relevant VAT, duty and admin charges applied. This must be paid before your order can be delivered. Delivery times are an estimate only. DPD and FedEx do not guarantee the quoted timeframe. Any delay is out of our control although we will do everything we can in assisting you with any issues. Please note during busier times of the year like the Christmas period delays may occur. 

 

Certain areas in the UK may be unavailable for Next Day Delivery. 

  

We are unfortunately unable to deliver to Cyprus, Greece, Malta and Russia and in some cases, remote area locations.

Returns

Items are applicable for a Refund or Exchange within 14 Days from the date of purchase. Engraved/Personalised cannot be returned.

Online Orders can NOT be returned or exchanged in store. This must be done via email.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us by email. The item will need to be returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. We will need to issue an RMA label in order for you to return the item.

Please return item along with the printed RMA label. Items must be brand new, unused and returned in perfect, re-sellable condition as originally received in their original bag and with all tags still attached. If those requirements are met, we will either exchange the item, offer site credit or a full refund. If those requirements are not met, we reserve the right to deny their return.

If the item is being returned from outside the UK, please make sure that any customs paperwork is marked as 'Returned to Country of Origin' with 'No Commercial Value'. It is VERY important that the original purchase price of the item is NOT declared. We cannot accept any items back that require incorrect duty or taxes to be paid due to wrong information on the customs paperwork. Should this occur, the item will be rejected and returned by the shipping/postal company.

We do not refund/cover the cost of postage on items sent back to London Undercover.

All umbrellas come with a 1 year warranty. If the umbrella is proven to be faulty within that time due to defects in workmanship or materials, we will repair it free of charge. After that time a repair charge will apply. Please see the Warranty section for more information. A receipt MUST be provided for repair work.

If you wish to cancel your order, a 1.9% fee will be deducted from your refund. Should you reject your order due to failure or refusal of Taxes & Duty and/or Service Charge, the return postage will be deducted from your refund in addition to the original postage cost.
