All orders received before 12pm GMT will be processed the same working day.

Orders received between Friday 12pm GMT and Midnight on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

 

 

ORDERS TO THE EU

In accordance with the UK & EU Trade Agreement, customers living within the EU will be charged 0% UK VAT on purchases. At checkout, all prices will exclude UK VAT at 20%.

 

Orders under €150 will have your destination's Tax added at checkout. For eg. French VAT at 20%. No additional duties, taxes or service charges will be required on arrival.

 

Orders over €150 will be shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) service and have the destination's Tax and any relevant duty or admin charges requested on arrival. You will be contacted in advance of your goods being delivered. 

 

 

*DPD 1-2 Days

Our DPD delivery is a Next Day service which runs Monday-Friday. Orders received after 12pm, will be processed the next working day. This is our standard service and not a guaranteed service. 

 


Days are Working Days and an estimate only. DPD and FedEx do not guarantee the quoted time-frame. Any delay is out of our control although we will do everything we can in assisting you with any issues. Please note during busier times of the year like the Christmas period delays may occur. 

 

All items are delivered by courier via DPD in the UK, DPD in Europe and FedEx in US & CANADA and Worldwide.

 

All shipments require a signature. Tracking information is provided.

 

We are unfortunately unable to deliver to Russia.

Returns

Items purchased between 21st and 30th November 2021 are only applicable for a Refund within 14 Days. Exchanges will not be permitted. Engraved/Personalised cannot be returned. Items purchased throughout December will have an extended returns period and be eligible for return up to 10th January 2022.

Online Orders can NOT be returned or exchanged in store. This must be done via email.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us by email. The item will need to be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will need to issue an RMA label in order for you to return the item. Items taken back to store without an RMA label will not be accepted.

Please return item along with the printed RMA label. Items must be brand new, unused and returned in perfect, re-sellable condition as originally received in their original bag and with all tags still attached. If those requirements are met, we will either exchange the item, offer site credit or a full refund. If those requirements are not met, we reserve the right to deny their return.

If the item is being returned from outside the UK, please make sure that any customs paperwork is marked as 'Returned to Country of Origin' with 'No Commercial Value'. It is VERY important that the original purchase price of the item is NOT declared. We cannot accept any items back that require incorrect duty or taxes to be paid due to wrong information on the customs paperwork. Should this occur, the item will be rejected and returned by the shipping/postal company.

We do not refund/cover the cost of postage on items sent back to London Undercover.

All umbrellas come with a 1 year warranty. If the umbrella is proven to be faulty within that time due to defects in workmanship or materials, we will repair it free of charge. After that time a repair charge will apply. Please see the Warranty section for more information. A receipt MUST be provided for repair work.
