All items displayed on the site are inclusive of VAT. All transactions are made in pounds sterling. Prices can be subject to alteration without prior notice. We offer VAT free shopping online only. VAT of 20% will be deducted at checkout for online orders going to the Channel Islands or outside of the UK. In the event of us selling out on an item we will be in touch to offer an alternative, if we don't have anything else for you, a full refund will be given to you. Payment can be made with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Solo & PayPal. All orders are subject to acceptance by London Undercover Ltd and shall only become effective upon shipment of goods. We reserve the right to reject any orders with or without reason.




All the information you provide to London Undercover including your email address, delivery address, telephone numbers and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. London Undercover acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.


We deliver all items via DPD in UK and Europe and FedEx outside of Europe. A signature is required.

Orders made between Friday 12pm GMT and Midnight on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Personalised/Engraved items require an extra 1-3+ days on top of quoted delivery time to carry out the service. A timeframe is noted at checkout. 

Days are Working Days and an estimate only. The courier does not guarantee the quoted time-frame. Please note any next day service is not guaranteed and any delay is out of our control. We will do everything we can to assist you with any issues. If the item is not delivered next day or in the quoted time-frame, customers are not entitled to a delivery refund. Please note during busier times of the year like the Christmas period delays may occur. 

Overseas deliveries may receive an additional customs charges and/or take longer than the estimated delivery time. This is unfortunately out of our control. In addition, items purchased as gifts overseas will have the invoices within the package. We are unfortunately unable to deliver to Russia, Greece, Cyprus and Army Base addresses. In some cases, we may need to cancel an order if the destination is a remote area. 

Any items lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of DPD & FedEX. London Undercover will assist in all investigations should this situation arise. However, all claims will be at the discretion of DPD & FedEx. All claims must be submitted in writing to DPD & FedEx within twenty eight (28) days from the date that DPD & FedEx accepted the Shipment, failing which DPD & FedEx shall have no liability whatsoever. Should an item be lost in transit and proved after investigation, a replacement will be sent out - we are unable to offer direct refunds on lost items.

In the event that the customer opts to use DPD's Change of Address, Leave with Neighbour or Leave in a Safe Place service or FedEx's Indirect Signature service after the item has been shipped, allowing the item to be left outside a property without signature or at a different address, the customer will release both the Shipper [London Undercover] and the designated courier [DPD or FedEx] from all liability for any loss or damage that may result from delivering the shipment according to the request of the customer. 

In the event that an item or items are returned to us due to failure to accept, pay taxes on, or collect the item, the cost of return and re-delivery will be passed on to the customer. The same applies to rejected delivery and address changes after dispatch.

Should you wish to cancel your order, a 1.9% card fee will be deducted from your refund. Should you reject your order due to failure or refusal of Taxes & Duty and/or Service Charge, the return postage and outgoing postage will also be deducted from your refund.

If an item is returned to us from an order which qualified for free delivery, adjusting the total value to below the Free Delivery threshold, the returned item will be refunded minus the cost of the shipping for the revised total. 

All products sent out are checked several times for faults and cosmetic damage and photographed before they are packaged. Please note: Wood is a natural material. Colour may vary from photographs seen on our website. Natural Markings in the wood do not constitute a faulty or damaged product. If you believe the item to be faulty, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the item in order for us to arrange an immediate exchange. After this time it will be your resposibility to return the product to us for inspection. 

We are unable to refund worn/used items. We are also unable to refund Monogrammed / Engraved / Personalised Umbrellas. All sales using this service are final.

Actual engravings may differ in layout or appearence from the web preview as they are set out and applied by hand, taking space and typeface anatomy into account. 

Warranty & Repair Service

A 1 year warranty and repair service is only applicable to full priced items. Clearance and Discounted items are not covered nor can they be repaired. 

Proof of purchase MUST be provided.
